Orders take 5-7 days to complete after which the courier will take 3-5 days to deliver, should you require your order by a specific date, kindly contact us in order for us to ensure your order is prepared & shipped sooner.

Items can be returned to us, should it not be a custom-made item and still in the original condition. We will gladly assist with exchange or coupon; we do not offer refunds. The courier costs will however be for your own account.
